Important Dates

• Contest Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
• Registration begins: September 1
• Registration ends: October 31

Sites

The contest is distributed via the Internet over different timezones and several sites:

                 Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA Directions Map 

                University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia Directions Map

                Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida Directions and Map

                College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina Directions Map

                Florida International University in Miami, Florida Directions Map

                  University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida Directions and Map

Registration

• Managers or coaches must first make an account at http://icpc.global.
• Mangers or coaches may then register teams here.
• Please refer to the ICPC Regionals Team Composition Rules and the ICPC’s Eligibility Decision Diagram for complete eligibility requirements.
• It will not be possible to accommodate new registrations or make changes to existing registrations after the registration period has closed.

Billing and Fees

• Registration is $50 per person.

Environment

• The contest will be conducted in a GNU/Linux environment. The programs can be submitted in C, C++, Java, Python 3, and Kotlin.
• Kattis will be the contest control system this year.

If the coach does not already have an existing ICPC account, the coach may create one here.
